Stephanie A. Wigstadt, 46, of Belding, passed away Sunday evening May 3, 2020 at home under the loving care of her family and Hospice of Michigan. Stephanie was born on November 26, 1973 in Belding, the daughter of Robert M. and Tammy K. (Gleason) Crysler.
Stephanie graduated from Abbotsford High School, WI with the Class of 1990. She later went on to follow her dream of nursing where she earned her nursing degree from Central Wisconsin Tech in Wausau, WI and later her Bachelor of Arts Nursing in Michigan. She had worked at United Memorial Hospital in Greenville and later Butterworth Hospital in Grand Rapids and last at the Secchia Center at Michigan State University in Grand Rapids as a research nurse. She enjoyed crocheting, gardening and woodworking. She liked to read and had spent many hours at the Alvah N. Belding Library. She had a love of family and will be greatly missed.
Stephanie is loved and survived by her daughter Carly Reanne Wigstadt, mother Tammy Tompkins both of Belding, siblings: Charles M. Tompkins of WI, Robert M. Crysler, Connie Crysler and Christie Crysler all of Florida. Stephanie was preceded in death by her father.
In keeping with Stephanie’s wishes no service or visitation will take place. Memorials may be given to the American Cancer Society or Belding Library. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
