Roberta "Bobbie" Geiger

Roberta “Bobbie” Geiger, 76, of Greenville, passed away on Friday, September 20, 2019 at Spectrum Health Butterworth Hospital in Grand Rapids, surrounded by her loving family.Bobbie was born on July 22, 1943 to Vernon W. and Vivian L. (Hardy) Smith. Raised in Toledo, OH she moved to Michigan in her early adult life. She is survived by her husband of 33 years, Karlton Geiger.  Bobbie loved knitting, canning, arranging flowers and spending time with her grandchildren. She was an incredibly hard worker, retiring not once, but twice! First from Amway Corporation and later from the City of Grand Rapids, where her co-workers became family to both her and Karlton. She was a friend to all who met her and will be greatly missed by many.Surviving Bobbie is her husband; Karlton and their children; Keith (Kate) Geiger, Beth (Rod) Stendel, Laura (Joel) Fletty, her grandchildren; Anya, Kelcey, Audrey, Renee, Lauren, Konrad, Bodhin, her great granddaughter; Arya, her siblings Patricia Wickliff, Sharlene (Jerry) Knapp, Vernon (Sandy) Smith  II, Kathy Fifield (Rick Wood), Esther (Steve) Marinko, Amy Antonevich, along with many loving nieces and nephews.  She is preceded in death by her parents, and brothers in law; Don Antonevich, Dick Fifield and Jim Wickliff.Visitation will be on Saturday, September 28, 2019 at Johnson Feuerstein Funeral Home, Belding from 12pm-2pm and 4pm-5:30pm with a memorial service at 5:30pm.  In lieu of flowers or donations, the family requests that you spend some extra time with your family and loved ones, in honor of Bobbie.
