Richard Scott Hall

Richard S. Hall, 59, of Belding, passed away Sunday, February 20, 2022, at his home under the loving care of his family and Spectrum Hospice.   Richard was born May 11, 1962, in Corning, New York, the son of Harrison and Barb (Hoagland) Hall. The Hall family had moved to Michigan when Richard was young. He  graduated from Jenison High School with the Class of 1981 and had worked as a machine maintenance man for Kellogg’s at their Grand Rapids factory, retiring after many years of service.  Richard enjoyed family time, liked a  good bonfire and a cold beer. He will be greatly missed and always remembered with a smile by his family and friends.

Richard is loved and survived by his wife of thirty years, Renei Marie (Wasilewski) Hall, his daughters, Amber Hill, of Grand Rapids, and Chablie (Tyler) Kidd, of Belding, his grandchildren Alexis, Xavier, Zavion, Kiera, Nevaeh, Chuey, Aries, Athen, and Elias, his brother Bob, and his sisters, Deanna, Dawna, Darlene, and Delinda.

Richard was preceded in death by his parents.  In keeping with his wishes’ cremation has taken place. A time to celebrate his life and accomplishments will take place later this summer.
