Pauline L. Williams, 93,of Muir, died Monday evening, August 10, 2020 at home under the loving care of her family and Sparrow Hospice. She was born on September 28, 1926 in Ionia, the daughter of Daniel and Elizabeth (Hammond) Tuller. Pauline graduated from Ionia High School with the Class of 1944. In earlier years she worked as a seamstress for Jolly Kids for 13 years and then made shoes at Wolverine in Rockford retiring in 1979. Pauline was blessed with a good work ethic and worked during her high school years and helped her siblings while they were in school. Family always came first to Pauline and she enjoyed helping wherever and whenever possible. Pauline was an avid walker for many years, enjoyed crafts and fishing. She was a member of the Sheridan VFW Ladies Auxiliary. She kept a neat home and had a true love of family and friends. She was married on September 2, 1949 in Angola, IN to Glenn Williams and he preceded her in 2012. She was also preceded by her parents, a grandson Ed Sage, a brother Daniel Tuller Jr., a sister and brother in law; Virginia (Kenneth) Harley, a sister in law; Donna Tuller and stepfather Ralph Davis. Pauline is loved and survived by her daughter; Norma (Randy) Thurlow of Muir, grandson; Sam (Jodi) Sage of Lansing, her great grandchildren; Brooke (Kara) Sage of Ionia, Trisha Sage of Lyons, Cody Gallagher of Saranac, her brother Stanley Tuller of Battle Creek and a sister in law; Audrey Tuller of Clare. Graveside funeral services will be 1:00 PM Saturday August 22, 2020 at Rest Haven Memory Gardens, Belding with Pastor Greg Gladding officiating. The family will be at the cemetery at Noon. In lieu of flowers, please consider a memorial to Ionia County Commission on Aging ( 115 Hudson St. Ionia, Mi. 48846) or Sparrow Hospice ( 1210 W. Saginaw St. Lansing, Mi. 48915). Envelopes will also be available at the graveside service and the funeral home.
