Paulette was born on October 17, 1967 in Fort Myers, Florida, the daughter of Frank and Brenda ( Ray) Jenkins. She had lived in Florida for several years, moving to Michigan in 2006 and quickly found work as a waitress and chef at the Bridge Street Café, a job she thoroughly enjoyed and did for several years.
