Joshua R. Herndon

Joshua R. Herndon 33 of Belding, formerly of Georgia, died Saturday July 15, 2023,  from injuries in auto accident in Ionia County. Joshua was born on May 14, 1990, in Greenville, the son of Charles and Linda (Hill) Anderson. He attended school in Georgia and as a youngster really liked  fishing. Joshua enjoyed boxing and was a big poker fan, especially playing on his phone, always going after the big money. He had a friendly personality and could always find some humor in most any situation. He had a big love of his family and friends.  He had worked at Ventra in Ionia and was currently working for Herbruck’s in Saranac. Joshua will be greatly missed and lovingly remembered for the good  man he was. He is loved and survived by his mother Linda Anderson of Belding, his sisters, Jennifer Herndon of Belding, Karen Cleaver of Florida, Stefanie Anderson of Missouri, his nieces and nephews, who thought Joshua had the same power as superman,  Ezra, Ava, Corey, Patrick, Dominique, Karmen, Michael, Patience and his finance Tina Williams of Georgia. Joshua was preceded in death by his father, Charles Anderson and his grandmother Betty Vaughn.

Funeral services will be Noon on  Saturday July 22, 2023, at Johnson-Feuerstein Funeral Home, Belding, with Pastor Mike Simmons officiating. The visitation will be one hour before the funeral. Following the funeral cremation will take place. Memorials may be given to the family. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
