Earl C. Gee Jr.

Earl C. Gee Jr., 80, of Belding, passed away unexpectedly Thursday evening, August 26, 2021, at home. Earl was born in Charlevoix, Michigan on February 13, 1941, the son of Earl C. and Marjorie M. (Puckett) Gee Sr. He worked for many years in construction. He was a Belding resident, living here for 25 years. He enjoyed traveling,  visiting with friends, and helping his neighbors. Earl was a dedicated member of the Family Life Center Church of God, Belding. He enjoyed mowing the church lawn and helping wherever he was needed. Earl had a strong faith and belief in his Lord and Savior, which was evident in his daily life and interaction with others. Earl is loved and survived by his daughters; Judy (Ken) Copeland of Greenville, Alice Geister of Belding, and Lucinda Gee of Greenville, seven grandchildren, seven great grandchildren, and his siblings, Ruth (Bill) Tryon, of East Jordan; Carl and (Ruthie), of Boyne City.

He was preceded in death by his parents, and three brothers: Ray, John, and Gary “Buzz”. Memorial services will be 11:00 AM Monday, August 30, 2021, at Johnson-Feuerstein Funeral Home, Belding, with Pastor William Overton of Family Life Center Church of God, Belding officiating. A time of visitation will be held one hour before the service. Memorials may be given to the American Heart Association or the Family Life Center Church of God. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
