Diane Kay Graves 69 of Belding passed away Friday afternoon April 30, 2021 at Spectrum Health-Butterworth Campus in Grand Rapids. Diane was born on May 28, 1951 in Belding, the daughter of Ronald and Virginia ( Winnie) Sandbrook. She graduated from Belding High School with the Class of 1970 and had worked in custodial cleaning for several years. She enjoyed scrap booking, taking pictures, family time, rock painting, spending time with her 2 cats, and long bike rides around Belding. She loved being a mom and grandma and was so excited about becoming a great grandma for the 3rd time this summer. She enjoyed conversation with family and friends and had an easy going and loving personality. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends. Diane is loved and survived by her children; Jonathan ( Michelle) Graves of Wyoming, Telly ( Leanne) Graves of Greenville, grandchildren Mitchell ( Kourtney) Graves, Caleb ( Autumn) Graves, Jenna Graves, Colt ( Kayla) Graves, Shawna Graves, great grandchildren, Aiden, Finn, and Charles Tayler on the way in August, her sisters, Rhonda ( Randy ) Croel of Gowen and Melody ( Mike) Walker of Blanchard. She was preceded in death by her parents, son Charles and grandson Tayler.
Funeral services will be 1:00 PM Wednesday May 5, 2021 at the First Church of God, Greenville with Pastor Mike Simmons officiating. Committal prayers will follow in Forest Home Cemetery, Greenville. Visitation will be Tuesday from 3-7 PM at Johnson-Feuerstein Funeral Home, Belding. Memorials may be given to the family, First Church of God, Greenville or the Alvah N. Belding Library. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home and the church the day of her funeral.
