David Wright Obituary

David Lauren Wright, age 73, of Belding, passed away on Friday, November 4, 2022. He was born in Belding on April 17, 1949, the son of Howard L. and LaVerne (Bellanger) Wright. He attended and graduated from Belding High School in 1967. After high school, he attended Central Michigan University. For most of Dave’s working life he worked at Stahlin Enclosures. He was a parishioner at St. Joseph Catholic Church for many years. Dave was an avid fisherman, golfer and bowler. He also enjoyed sports, with a special affinity for Detroit Sports teams; one of his favorites being the Detroit Tigers. Dave is survived by his sister-in-law, Ilene Wright; nephew, Christopher (Kathleen) Wright; niece, Kristee (David Drisko) Wright; great nieces, Mallory and Ellyson Wright; and many close friends. He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Thomas Wright. Per David’s wishes, cremation has taken place. Johnson- Feuerstein Funeral Home is serving the family.
