Cynthia Ann Smith

Cynthia A. Smith, 59, of Belding, passed away Sunday morning November 4, 2018 at Metron of Greenville. Cynthia was born on March 25, 1959 in Grand Rapids, the daughter of Ray M. and Helene M. (Punches) Wilson.

She graduated from Belding High School with the Class of 1977. Cynthia enjoyed gardening, being with her cats and dogs, and trips to the beach. For several years she had done daycare in her home which was an extension of her love for children. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends.

Cynthia is loved and survived by her husband Gary Smith of Belding, her children; Katherine (Brian) Greene of Greenville, Dustin (Alison) Smith of Coldwater, grandchildren; Nathanael, Charlotte and Benjamin, father Ray Wilson of Greenville, siblings; Mark (Marci) Wilson of Grand Rapids, Pam Comstock, Michelle (Jon) Clingerman all of Greenville. Cynthia was preceded in death by her mother Helene.

Funeral and committal services will be 1:00 PM Wednesday November 7, 2018 at Johnson-Feuerstein Funeral Home, Belding with Pastor Paul Hulford of the First Congregational Church, Belding officiating. Visitation will be one hour before the service. Private interment will be in Rest Haven Memory Gardens, Belding. Memorials may be given to Safe Haven Humane Society.
