Cherl Lynn Cable, 64, of Carson City passed away unexpectedly Wednesday, October 13, 2021, at home. Cherl was born on April 10, 1957, in Belding, the daughter of Elmer and June ( Briggs) King Sr. She graduated from Belding High School with the Class of 1975 and had worked at the nursing home in Belding in the kitchen for 30 years. Cherl enjoyed bowling on a league with her sisters. Cherl just enjoyed the simple things of life. She loved animals, especially her dog and enjoyed being home with her husband, Scot Cable who had died last Saturday on October 9, 2021. She was also preceded by her parents, a brother Elmer Jr. and a sister Sandy.
Cherl is loved and survived by her siblings, Linda (Ray) Krieger, Barbra Alman, both of Belding; Vicky (Wayne) Linebaugh, Brenda (Curtis)Peterson, and Brian (Sherry) King, all of Greenville; many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
A time of visitation with her family will be 2:00- 4:00 PM, Saturday October 30, 2021, at Johnson-Feuerstein Funeral Home, Belding. Memorials may be given to the Montcalm County Humane Society or a charity of one’s choice.
