Brenda Lee Lewis, age 58, of Pewamo passed away peacefully with her family by her side on Sunday, February 12, 2023 at Corewell Health Blodgett Hospital in East Grand Rapids. She was born May 18, 1964 in Ionia, the daughter of Ronald and Anita (Luna) St. John. She was a 1982 graduate of Ionia High School. Brenda was a wonderful mom, daughter, sister, aunt, wife, and grandmother. Brenda had a green thumb and really enjoyed taking care of her plants. She had a love for her animals, photography, and had many pictures of her family she proudly kept on display. She was preceded in death by her father, Ronald St. John. She is survived by her mother, Anita St. John; husband, Curt Lewis; daughter, Staci Jeffrey; son, Brandon (Arica) Thomas; step-children Corey (Angela) Lewis and Harley (Amanda) Lewis; grandchildren, Xavier, Kadance, Blake, Aria, and Cecilia; sister, Bobbie (Bob) Renucci; caregiver and niece, Kary Lewis; and several other nieces and nephews. Private services will be held.
