Betty L Cramer

Betty L. Cramer, 82, of Belding, passed away Tuesday morning May 18, 2021 at Laurels of Carson City. Betty was born on June 15, 1938 in Lima, Ohio, the daughter of Thomas A. and Stella (Williams) Wilkerson.

During her working years Betty worked as a nurse’s aid at an area nursing home. She was a hard worker and did not retire until later in life. Betty loved crocheting, collecting dolls and word search puzzles. She attended Center Street/Free Methodist Church in Belding. Betty had strong opinions and was always willing to share them with you whether you wanted them or not. She had a big love of family and friends and will be greatly missed.

Betty is loved and survived by her children; Teresa  ( Wade) Kelly of Sheridan, Michael  Cramer of Greenville, SC, Rebecca Gilman of Belding and Shawn Cramer of Gowen, eight grandchildren and two great grandchildren, siblings; Michael Wilkerson and his fiancé Cindy Bystra of Hudsonville and Ida M. Hardwick of Lima, OH  and nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, brother Bobbie E. Wilkerson and sister Catherine Carter.

Funeral services will be 3:30 PM Saturday May 22, 2021 at Center Street Free Methodist Church, Belding with Pastor Byron Davey officiating. Committal prayers will follow in Greene Cemetery, Belding. Visitation will be noon-2:00 PM and 5:00-7:00 PM Friday, May 21, 2021 at Johnson Feuerstein Funeral Home. Memorials may be given to the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
