Paula J. Clark, 49, of Belding passed away Thursday morning December 13, 2018 at home under the loving care of her family and Spectrum Hospice. Paula was born on April 23, 1969 in Greenville, the daughter of Paul and Jean ( Johnson) Matthews. She graduated from Greenville High School with the class of 1987 and later attended Kellogg Community College graduating with a degree in accounting. Paula loved spending time with her family, especially with her grandchildren and was known for having a large collection of anything frog related. She will be greatly missed by her friends and family.
She was married on November 17, 1989 in Greenville to Stephen Clark. Paula is loved and survived by her husband and their children; Dustin James Matthews( Nicole Houghteling ) of Belding, Leigha Rae Clark of Six Lakes, Brock Anthony ( Michelle) Clark of Hastings, Victoria Rose Clark of Belding, her grandchildren; Heaven, Tristan, Teagan, Brayden, Kendra, Lucas, Rylee, Lily, her mother Jean Taylor of Greenville, and her siblings; Mark Matthews of Pennsylvania and Kristen ( Ken) Lund of Sheridan. Paula was preceded in death by her father Paul Matthews and step father Mark Taylor. In keeping with her wishes cremation has taken place. A memorial service celebrating her life will be 11:00 AM Tuesday December 18, 2018 at the Belding Free Methodist Church with Pastor Terri Hanson officiating. Visitation will be one hour before the service at church. Memorials may be given to the B Foundation. Envelopes will be available at the church or at the funeral home.
