Michael A. Sherwin

Michael Alan Sherwin, age 61, passed away at his home in Pompano Beach, FL on December 17, 2019. He was born in Grand Rapids, MI on August 10, 1958 to the late Chester and Shirley Sherwin.
After graduating from Rockford High School in 1976 Michael proudly served in the United States Navy. He resided in Rockford, MI before moving to Florida in 2002 where he enjoyed fishing and watching the sunrise over the ocean, living his dream! Michael was preceded in death by both of his parents Chester & Shirley, brother Robert and his special love Judy Zeller. He is survived by his daughters; Randimae ( DJ)  Zylstra and Susan ( Jacob) Schoonmaker; grandchildren; Conner, Rylee, Jaidyn and Jacob Jr.; sister Sue Ann White, brother Richard Sherwin, several nieces, nephews and extended family.

A time to celebrate his life will be 3:00 PM Sunday January 12, 2020 at Johnson-Feuerstein Funeral Home, Belding with Pastor Mike Simmons officiating. Visitation with his family will be one hour before the service. Memorials may be given to the Belding Freedom Wall. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
