Leslie Treynor Obituary

Leslie B. Treynor 82 of Long Lake passed away unexpectedly Friday August 9, 2019 at home. Les was born on February 15, 1937 in Belding, the son of George and Lizetta (Raby) Treynor. He graduated from Belding High School with the Class of 1955 and retired from Extruded Metals after many years of service. He was a member of the Belding/Greenville Eagles Club. Les enjoyed  wood working and owning the Brookside Grocery Store at Long Lake for several years. Les is loved and survived by his daughters; Connie Stowell of Orleans, Tamee Jo Johnson of Greenville, Kim Trierweiler of Kalamazoo, 8 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren, his brother Larry Treynor of Belding and his sister Karen Willingham of Orleans. He was preceded in death by his parents, son Rick Treynor, grandson Timothy Scott  Stowell,  two nieces April and Jody and sister in law Rose Treynor.

Private family graveside funeral services will take place at Greene Cemetery, Belding with Pastor Ken Harger officiating. No visitation will take place. Memorials may be given to the Ionia County Commission on Aging. Envelopes will be available at Johnson-Feuerstein Funeral Home, Belding where funeral care has been entrusted.
