Kendall J Bauman

Kendall J.” Ken”  Bauman, 78, of Sheridan, passed away Monday, March 18, 2019 at home. Ken was born on September 4, 1940 in Greenville, the son of Theodore and Ruth (Farrington) Bauman. He attended Greenville Public Schools and later took classes at Lansing Community College and Montcalm Community College. He had retired from Northland Corp. in Greenville. Ken loved spending time with his children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. They enjoyed the many years of his great storytelling, even if they had heard them a hundred times and his good sense of humor. He had enjoyed wintering in California the past several  years with his brother Larry.  Ken will be greatly missed and lovingly remembered by his family.  He was married on November 24, 1962 in Greenville to Priscilla Crandell and she preceded Ken in August of 2010. He was also preceded by his parents, two brothers; Larry and Maurice and two sisters; Patricia and Connie.  

Ken is loved and survived by his children; Tammy Jo Hudson, Timothy Bauman both of Sheridan, Nick (Mary) Bauman of Greenville, Lorrie (Calvin) Rucker of Poolville,  Texas,  Darin Bauman of Grand Rapids, Mark Bauman of Crystal, many grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be 1:00 PM Friday March 22, 2019 at Johnson-Feuerstein Funeral Home, Belding with Pastor Linda Hargrove-Vaughn officiating. Visitation will be Thursday at the funeral home from 6-8 pm. Interment will take place in the Spring at Rest Haven Memory Gardens, Belding. Memorials may be given to the American Heart Association.
