Georgia L. Trudgen

Georgia L. Trudgen, 79, of Belding, passed away September 23, 2018 at Metron of Belding. Georgia was born on October 31, 1938 in Grand Rapids, the daughter of George A. and Cynthia R. (VanDine) Miller.

She was a long time member of the Church of Christ in Bradley, MI and had worked 36 years with Doug Jenks Insurance in Belding. She had a love of family and will be greatly missed.

Georgia was married on September 8, 1956 in Allegan to Norman Trudgen and he preceded her in death on July 27, 2018. She was also preceded by her parents and one sister Joyce.

Georgia is survived by her children; Laurie (Mike) Jones, Dennis (Betsy) Trudgen and Kendra Woodward, three grandchildren; Tony (Heidi) Jones, Kallie (James Calwise) Jones and Amanda (Stephen) Stratton, five great grandchildren, one sister; Shirley Collings along with many extended family and friends.

Memorial services will be 2:00 PM Saturday, May 18, 2019 at Johnson Feuerstein Funeral Home, Belding with Pastor Adam Porter officiating. Committal prayers will follow at Rest Haven Memory Gardens, Belding. Visitation will be 6:00-8:00 PM Friday May 17, 2019 at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be given to the Church of Christ Missionary Fund.
