Daniel Brimmer Obituary

Daniel L. Brimmer, 53, of Ionia, passed away Tuesday, July 16, 2019 at Spectrum Health Butterworth Campus in Grand Rapids. Dan was born on May 17, 1966 in Greenville, the son of Gary and Ilas (DeLine) Brimmer. Dan graduated from Cedar Springs High School with the Class of 1984. He enjoyed camping, tinkering with things, spending time with family especially on trips with his family to Mackinaw City. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends. Dan married Kerri Lee Palethorpe on July 15, 1989 and she survives along with their children; Alisha Brimmer of Ionia and Jessica ( Cramer) Neurenberg of Portland and Brittany Brimmer of Ionia, grandson Carson, mother Ilas Brimmer of Belding, and sisters; Wanda (Mike) Bunting of Belding and Hope Brown of Orleans and his nephew Daniel. He was preceded in death by his father. In keeping with family wishes cremation has taken place and no services will be held. Memorials may be given to the family. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
